My name is Arwen and I will be writing about my lifestyle.
As someone who struggles with mental health issues, I sometimes find it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I am starting a blog to break down some of the taboos surrounding mental well-being for some of you.
Some find it embarrassing and unnecessary to talk about,
while others are afraid to talk about it because it is taboo.
I will give tips and have conversations about mental health because I know there are those who think they are different, that they don't belong. But there are many who think that way.
This way, we can get through it together.
Yes, I was in hospital for my mental health and No,I'm not ashamed of that. I was strong enough to ask for help and I was strong enough the face my problems.You should never be ashamed to ask for help, and no one will judge you.
Okay, maybe I'm saying something wrong here, but if the people who really care about you are there for you and support you, then that's the most important thing you could wish for. I'm not saying there won't be people who will think differently, but let them. You have to take care of yourself and not worry about what others think of you. Your well-being is your priority right now. Believe me, it's not worth bottling everything up until you can't take it anymore.
